Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

Sizing, Fit & Comfort

KAMI styles fit true to size. Please check the Fit tab on each product page and our Sizing Chart (EU 36–41) for conversions. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

KAMI currently offers full sizes EU 36–41. If you’re between sizes or prefer extra room, we suggest sizing up for boots and loafers. For personalized fit advice, email lv@shopkami.co. -
Yes - our low, walkable heels (around 2" or ~5cm) feature leather insoles and stable silhouettes designed for comfort from day to night.
Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Returned items must be unworn/unused, in original packaging (shoe box, inserts, dust bag), with tags as applicable. Approved returns incur a restocking fee of 3% of the item's purchase value, deducted from your refund. Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable. Find our full return policy here.

Yes—one free exchange for a different size of the same style/model, provided the item meets return eligibility. We’ll email a prepaid label and ship the exchange at no cost once the original pair passes inspection. If your size isn’t available, we’ll process a refund per the return terms (including the restocking fee).

You can self-start a return by logging into your customer account and requesting a return within 7 days of delivery. We’ll issue a Return Authorization, send a prepaid label, and provide instructions. Items sent without authorization won’t be accepted.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary). If it’s been over 15 business days since approval, email lv@shopkami.co.
Product, Materials & Care

We use premium leathers (e.g., nappa, florentique with a subtle sheen) and suedes responsibly sourced from Leather Working Group certified suppliers. Each product page lists exact materials and lining.

Nappa/Florentique leather: Wipe with a soft cloth; use a neutral cream sparingly; store with inserts.
Suede: Brush with a suede brush; protect with a suede-safe spray before first wear; avoid heavy rain.
For all styles: store in dust bags, avoid prolonged moisture/heat. -
They’re not fully waterproof. Use a leather/suede protector and avoid heavy rain. If they get wet, stuff lightly with paper and air-dry away from heat.
